If you keep a track on tweets many are saying. Looks like classic case of DNS poisoning, no different from multiple blogs being temporarily banned in India back in late 90s (very infamous issue). So..its google dns. Its not going to be any issue. But if you have any issues or don't want to use it, simply change the check option on local area connection/wireless network connection. Its not going to harm you if that's what you want to know. To those who are having problems, please mention which city and which ISP. This way, things can be kept on track.
